The room was clean and comfortable. We had to search for the key for a long time before getting inside.

The spot was pretty handy, but getting in touch was a pain—staff weren't always reachable. The room felt dusty, the key system was glitchy, and there was mold in the corners. Shower supplies were incomplete, so we brought our own slippers. 😅

The location, self‑check‑in, and cleanliness were fine. The bathroom was really poor and ruined everything else.

Rooms were well maintained, staff were courteous, cleaning happened daily, and they stocked everything needed. The location is great, within walking distance of most sights and close to a city bus stop. There are plenty of venues nearby, and a big shopping street a couple of blocks away. Beds were comfortable, and the place was very quiet. However, the rooms and bathroom were a bit cramped, which could be uncomfortable for larger people. Some rooms have terraces, others don’t, and that wasn’t clearly stated in the listing, so I wasn’t sure which room I’d get.
