William greeted us and was excellent, giving us options for local restaurants and a coupon for an appetizer at Miguel's Mexican Restaurant. Our room was extremely clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning was fabulous—overall a great stay! Nothing could have been better for our stay—excellent!

The whole place was air‑conditioned. It smelled like raw sewage; the staff told me it smells like sewage every day and has for years. Not sure if it’s due to the location and sewage plant, but beware! I had to stuff towels under my door to keep the smell out. Bathroom towels had black hair on them and did not look clean.

The location is close to Legoland, but the wheelchair‑accessible room had a sewer smell, the gym felt cramped, and the breakfast was only average.
