Hoe gasten het hotel beoordelen, aspect voor aspect.
The location right on the water was great, the wellness area was nice, parking was available, and a young lady at the front desk was wonderful; however the restaurant wouldn’t serve us because they were waiting for a tour group, apparently it was too much work for them, and only after the front‑desk lady spoke nicely did we finally get something to eat.

The hotel was very pleasant with plenty of facilities, the staff were kind and helpful, rooms were clean and well equipped, beds and pillows were comfortable, the pool and saunas were clean, there was no shower fluid, the gym was well equipped and spotless, breakfast was plentiful but the cold cuts, cheeses and fruit were not very appealing.

The location was good, but it was clear the hotel is old; the curtains, drapes and carpet were dirty.
