I never actually stayed there; it was a complete scam. I booked two rooms and paid 2800 rs, but when I called the hotel to check in they told me the rooms weren’t available and that my money would be returned. This happened a month ago. There was never a proper reply from the hotel or from the booking site; each blamed the other and my money is gone.
I arrived at 12:30 am, but the property said all rooms were booked. I called customer service and they offered an alternative, but there was no such hotel to be found at 01:30 am, so I ended up staying on the street with my friends and felt ashamed.
The room didn’t match the photo—it was tiny, and the bathroom was so small we couldn’t even fit in. The AC wasn’t working at all, so I ended up canceling the reservation before checking in.
The toilets were leaking, the rooms smelled, and they weren’t cleaned properly—very bad. The staff were also not good. A very pathetic experience.
“Not stayed and not worth”
