Hoe gasten het hotel beoordelen, aspect voor aspect.
The staff were friendly, parking was convenient and the location was spot on. The room had a tiny window and the ventilation was poor.

The elevators were available and the rooms were well sound‑proofed. However, the old water‑leaking tiles were a nuisance.

Everything was well equipped, the appliances were good quality and the room had essential oil diffusers for both sleeping and bathing, plus the elevators were fast (though a bit cramped and no direct access to the basement parking). The bedroom and bathroom lights were always dim, needing replacement; many people with poor vision struggled to find their way around, and the room’s corners weren’t cleaned thoroughly, earning only 8/10. The owner was a bit strict, possibly because of frequent complaints, and if any damage occurred—like a power outage or faulty equipment—he would demand compensation (the power supply was already cut off, so he was likely afraid of further damage).
