The staff were very polite and respectful, though there were some traffic issues around the area.

There were no free toiletries kits, breakfast was only a coupon for two idlis at an open roadside trolley vendor, the room wasn’t cleaned, and no packed water bottle was provided.

Outside the hotel there was a tiny kitchen with very limited fast food that was unhygienic, and they even charged 19 for a water bottle; there were no utensils and breakfast cost 60 per person. The overall experience with my family was completely disappointing, the hospitality was lacking, and the worst part was the online booking—I'll never use an online platform again.
