The staff were friendly, the food was good, and the location is convenient. Laundry could improve – towels, bedsheets and pillow covers had black and red stains, especially the towels, and there were cobwebs in the room.

The experience was bad; when I entered I was given a used towel, and on the 4th floor the stairs were very difficult to navigate. There was no lift.

The location was good and the food was decent, but a blower sound often interrupted me and was irritating.
