The room was clean and the staff were kind. The station, bus stop, and many restaurants were nearby, making it convenient. I couldn’t think of any particular negatives.

The location was great, next to a lot of eateries. The staff was amazing; very helpful and attentive to all of our needs. We spent days without hot water, only had it on our first day (did not bring this up to the staff). Rooms did not include a table and chair(s), no microwave. Only one elevator served the clients and staff.

The remodel made the accommodation clean and satisfying; I felt like I’d want to go again. The bedding and towels were somewhat lacking in cleanliness, and I stayed in room 301 where the toilet was inside the bathroom and the outside view was too visible, which was confusing; I mentioned it at the front desk.

Everything, a small plus for the spa and gym. There was some construction noise, but we were informed.
