Its proximity to the airport is very convenient. Breakfast was tasty and covered most tastes. The room felt absolutely soulless—spacious but lacking character. The staff struggled to help us order our dinner, which turned out underwhelming, likely because they didn’t know how to navigate the QR‑code menu. My soup was forgotten and I didn’t receive what I ordered, though the staff were friendly and tried to assist.

I didn’t have time to eat and had to check out at 6 am to head to the airport. I had to go down to collect food that was delivered, and there was only one robot available.

I keep coming back to this hotel. The staff are pleasant and friendly, both at reception and in room service. Sometimes the staff are pleasant but lack competence. The most unpleasant thing is when you reach the amount of your deposit and the staff’s palpable anxiety about the service.
