Bangkok Dreamcatcher hostel

“A Booking That Served No Purpose”

Reasonable price and close to BTS. Very disappointing experience. I clearly stated that the guest was female, but she was placed in a male hostel and couldn’t properly use the room or washroom. The female washroom was on the 5th floor with no elevator, and due to her physical condition, she was unable to climb the stairs. In the end, she had no choice but to sit in the lobby for nearly 3 hours. The whole purpose of booking the room was completely wasted. Poor arrangement and unacceptable service

The lower bed height was too low, causing frequent head bumps.

“We booked for a day and liked the place, so stayed there 3 more days.”

Friendly staffs, location, price, cleanliness, check-in and out schedule, no outside noise, 24 hour-air condition, wake up service. Nothing at all
