The location is spectacular, an amazing place! The women who serve you make everything even cooler, solving any doubt or little problem right away and making you feel at home. Fabi handled all our transfers and activities, a delight! Milena’s cooking is absolutely delicious. We thought we’d be stuck in the middle of the sea for two nights, but after arriving we decided to stay one more night. Mariana seemed like a super fun aunt and made our stay very pleasant. The nights in the room are hot and the fan is noisy and not enough, but when morning comes you forget it completely because you’re in a dreamlike place.

The owners and staff are amazing, the location unbeatable, and if you enjoy a no‑frills getaway surrounded by pure nature, this is spot‑on; the only downside is that there’s no running fresh water—showering is impossible, but that’s just how it is and I think it’s fine.

The area around the house feels like a true paradise; you need to know exactly what kind of place it is and what it offers. The hosts and staff are wonderful, and we spent a fantastic day with Luis in Santa Cruz del Islote and Múcura Island, surrounded by great people, food, and music. Milena, the chef, is a sweetheart and cooks delicious meals… real people with huge hearts. The day we arrived the sea was a bit rough and raised, so for a couple of hours we smelled a bit of bad odor in our room. Unexpected stuff that can happen anywhere… the host moved us to another room right away and found a solution quickly. Thank you so much for letting us disconnect from the daily routine and connect with paradise ❤️

The location is fantastic, the staff are helpful and friendly, and the food is truly good. The only major issue: there’s no clean fresh water for showers, and given the price per night that’s unacceptable. They offer a night shower with collected rainwater, but it’s green and stinks; it’s almost better to stay with saltwater on your body.

Saying we liked it is too modest. Casa Acuamarintima is a dream come true. The setting is simple, you wash with sea water and rinse with rainwater, but all that gives an unforgettable experience in a unique place with people who welcome you like family. The food is wonderful, from breakfast to dinner, with freshly caught fish. The view from the room is moving, only 5 rooms for an intimate and friendly environment. Kayak, SUP, fins, and masks are free for everyone. Impossible to forget the stay here. The staff are loving and wonderful. The only small flaw is the music from the opposite structure “la casa en el agua” that stays loud past midnight.
