The place felt clean and, even though it was unmanned, the staff’s phone support was really good.

房间大是一个很大的优势，但距离心斋桥还是有点距离的，估计得走个2km左右。但距离南海电车还行。. 入住非常麻烦，前台视讯通话也不算方便。给的开门指导是错的害我一直开不开门，搞了很久。后来派来的店员，态度也是很冷冰冰的，眼神里充满了“你们是白痴嘛”的感觉。

The location was great, not too busy, though a walking distance to attractions. We had a big room with two bedrooms and a lounge area, and breakfast was a nice bonus. The beds were a bit hard.
