The bed was very comfortable and I loved it; the room was spacious and the TV worked well. The rubbish bin was small, and it would be nice if the room were vacuumed daily—something I had to ask for.

Everything needed for the stay was provided, but some cutlery wasn’t cleaned properly.

Nothing positive, everything negative.

It kept wind and rain out, but everything else was terrible: the hotel was the dirtiest, most disgusting place I’ve ever seen. A modern apartment block that’s easy to keep clean, yet the filth level was unbelievable. The office area was dirty and smelly, staff were overwhelmed with complaints, windows were never cleaned and were grimy, fresh vomit lay on the carpet next to the bed, the kitchen was dirty, the bathroom filthy, and the new shower curtain absorbed brown water from the filthy floor when wet. Staff spoke very little English, there was no Wi‑Fi, no working TV, and the overall human grime was disgusting—DO NOT STAY HERE! I emailed to urge removal of the listing, but have yet to receive a reply.
