Great location- so much to see within easy walking distance

The place was clean, but the wifi never worked, which was really annoying for a foreign tourist needing to browse sites. The room got super hot because the air conditioning was broken, and there was a lot of noise from the surroundings. Plus, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. On top of that, nobody spoke English, making communication very hard since they only spoke official Chinese.

There was a good variety of food, including fruit, toast, and especially local dishes. The reception staff didn't speak English, and we had a bit of trouble finding the entrance door.

Great service and friendly staff.

The location was very convenient and the service was good, with several robots delivering takeout. However, we booked three non‑smoking rooms and two of them had a strong cigarette smell, so we had to change rooms because it was that bad.
