The staff were top‑class, taking care of guests’ comfort. The hotel’s surroundings offered a beautiful view of the Tatras, and the breakfast was very good. No complaints.

The hotel is generally very tidy, comfortable, and in a good location, with a great breakfast. The only unpleasant surprise was that they charge a parking fee of 30 zł per car—this was the first time I’d encountered such a charge.

Everything was top‑level. The staff were fantastic and the place was very clean. I can’t find anything to criticize; everything was meticulously done.
