Super warm welcome. Sylvia embodies hospitality in person and is very helpful. We felt truly at home. The breakfast leaves no wishes unfulfilled! Thanks again for printing our Formula 1 tickets extra. Everything was perfect!

The proprietor was very nice and helpful, even ironing my clothes for the wedding I was attending. Her place was close to everything and she supplied a nice breakfast.

Sylvia is a very friendly, charming, and attentive host. The location is perfect—very close to the center yet very quiet. The room has large windows and is roughly north‑facing, which is great in summer because only a brief early‑morning sun comes in (there are blackout options). Breakfast could be taken inside or in the house garden, was very extensive and met all our expectations. The bathroom has a shower that lets you shower carefree because the door closes perfectly. We had a room with a waterbed, which is at least somewhat unconventional; we prefer “normal” mattresses, but that’s a matter of taste.

The attendant is an excellent person, very friendly and helpful. The bed has a water mattress—it’s not very uncomfortable but not great either. The room curtains are transparent and don’t block the light. We had trouble paying the tourist tax because we didn’t have cash and the lodging didn’t accept card payments.

I liked the spot right next to the city centre and Sylvia’s warm welcome, plus the breakfast was solid. The room only had one chair that wasn’t very comfy, and a kettle would have been nice.
