The room was bad and the washroom was unclean.

The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful, but the lift was dodgy and got stuck for a few minutes; security knew about it and rescued us quickly—just press the bell and they get you out.

Nothing positive; the staff were horrible, asking me to check out before the time in the booking and being very rude, even after I said I was new to the city.
