Being close to the Congress center, the old town, and in a safe area was a plus. Aside from CNN, there were no other English‑speaking TV channels.

The spot is great, staff are polite and helpful, and the room is spotless. We even got to use a nearby hotel’s pool on the same street. The à la carte breakfast was super filling, and they always refilled the water bottle when we needed it. The downside is the room and bathroom have no windows, no airflow, and the lighting is poor.

The staff, facilities, and location were all good. The only issue was that breakfast wasn’t included in the rate.

The room feels huge for what you’re paying, the bed is very comfortable, and the cleaning service is flawless. It’s super close to the docks and the Getsemani center—just a 5‑10 minute walk—and the main attractions of Cartagena are 10‑20 minutes away. Plus, getting to the airport from there isn’t expensive, making it a great option to have everything nearby.
