The location of the property is perfect for total relaxation. The silence, the huge well‑kept garden, the pool with a stunning view and the owners’ availability made our stay truly enjoyable. The pastries at breakfast made by Teresa were delicious.

We spent one night at the accommodation during our Tuscany road trip, and out of the six nights on the tour it was the best. Theresa is a very friendly host who left us wine and snacks from her private stash after we couldn't find an open restaurant on the way back. The location is great, quiet, on a hill with a beautiful view, and the bike ride up is a real climb. The small pool was a nice place to relax after the day’s tour. The room was clean and nicely furnished. And for us cyclists, there was a hearty, plentiful breakfast in the morning. Everything fit.

After a steep climb we reached the lodge overlooking the valley and the villages on the peaks, offering a stunning panorama. The welcome was warm, the studio was well equipped, quiet, and had good bedding. Breakfast was ordinary and served on the terrace. The pool was a nice touch. Vetulonia is 4‑5 km away and there are few restaurants; ask Theresa, who booked our meals, for recommendations. Overall a very good stay.

“Rilassante e rigenerante”

The location offers a beautiful panoramic view with a pleasant breeze and soothing sounds of nature. The room had everything we needed; kudos to Mrs. Teresa for her warm hospitality and kindness. The stay was a pleasant, relaxing Italian experience. Vetulonia has excellent restaurants for dinner. A delightful stay that I’ll definitely return to. Thank you.
