Hanwha Resort Sanjeong Lake Annecy

I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's onsen, which exceeded my expectations, but unfortunately, it was closed on Wednesdays, which was a disappointment. Additionally, the convenience store and souvenir shop were not available, which was a drawback. On the other hand, the quality of the water, sauna, and other facilities was excellent. However, I was not impressed by the hotel's restaurant and cafe, which seemed to be poorly managed, especially on weekdays.

I was pleased to find this hotel in a convenient location, not too far from Seoul. However, my stay was marred by several issues, including the fact that the buffet breakfast service was suspended, leaving me without the options I had been looking forward to. I also found it difficult to find restaurants both inside and outside the hotel, and the dry air made my throat sore.

I was really impressed with the hotel's location, right in front of Sajik Lake, which made it perfect for a leisurely stroll around the lake. My parents also loved the underground spa facilities. The spacious rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, making our stay very comfortable.

I was thrilled to discover that the resort allowed barbecues, which was a fantastic experience. Although the resort may be a bit old, the management has done an excellent job of maintaining it, making our stay very enjoyable.

The hotel's location, service, and cleanliness were all top-notch, but I was disappointed with the poor soundproofing in our room. Despite this, I would still recommend the hotel for its excellent amenities.
