It was fine. In the hotels, including the Sogo chain, ur tv remotes needs batteries, it never fails, where I need to call the receptionist to see why I can't use the remote control. Buy batteries ok?

The TV, the place, the environment, and the welcome were good, but the space felt small.

I appreciated how friendly and courteous the concierge and receptionist were. However, I arrived earlier than my scheduled check‑in and was told a room would be ready soon. When I finally entered, the room smelled bad and the sheets looked dirty, so I told the receptionist. A staff member came, I showed him the sheets, and he changed them, but when I returned I saw a roach on the bed. The tissue was already finished, and there was no hand soap left. Housekeeping only came twice a week, and when they cleaned they just removed the trash bin; the counters stayed uncleaned. The bed felt like I was sleeping on a hard board with sheets tacked on.

The location was good, but there was a bad smell everywhere, especially in the corridor and on all the floors.
