My room was comfortable, although the bathroom was small; breakfast was good (extra charge); there are bus stops nearby, which is handy because the hotel is a long walk from the train station; the hotel is an easy walk to the old town area and waterfront.

The hotel sits in a very quiet spot and the location is great; the on‑site restaurant serves tasty food, parking is convenient with plenty of street spots, the beds feel comfortable, and the staff is outstanding.

Nothing to say positively; I had breakfast once—baked rolls and Lidl rye bread; the hotel also operated a pizza service; its ventilation ran daily until 10 pm and I could hear the noise in my room; the city of Schleswig levies a 5% overnight tax, but the hotel charged me 7.5% on the bill; I waived the 3.93 € difference.

The breakfast was good, but the room was cramped and the shower with toilet was far too small, the door didn’t open fully and kept hitting the bed.
