The spot is great—quiet neighborhood, easy to walk to nearby places or hop on public transport if you want to leave Providencia. I ran into a mix‑up with my booking and was given a room that wasn’t the one I’d paid for. After I raised the issue, they found a fix and the next day swapped me into another room that was closer to what I’d booked (though not a perfect match). The new room had more space and a few extra perks, but it was riddled with maintenance problems: a cracked floor next to the bed, a bathroom with several issues (the shower barely ran because it was clogged, the sink drain was blocked, and the shower floor had no non‑slip coating, making it risky). It was a real shame—just a bit more care and the place would be super comfortable, as it’s cozy and gives you a lot of independence. Those flaws didn’t ruin my stay, and I’m especially grateful to one of the cleaning ladies who answered my questions whenever I needed. With a few upgrades, the place would be spectacular. Note that the small room I got on day one was in better condition.

The staff—Carolina, Isabel, and David—were excellent. The only downside is that the cleaning isn’t done daily.

Sin duda su ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del metro, transporte público a 1 cuadra, restaurantes, supermercados, etc. y el barrio MUY tranquilo, se puede descansar bien
