“Incrível”

Easy access to several points of interest, with buses to Poole centre and the beautiful Sandbanks beach, and we also took an affordable Uber to Durdle Door. No Wi‑Fi and no hair dryer, but we managed without them ☺️😂

The host was very responsive and supplied information on everything around the park, such as beaches, pubs, and other attractions. Upon arrival everything was very clean, and the car was parked right next to the front door. Rockley Holiday Park offers everything you and your children need for a holiday.

“Unsatisfied”

The location was fine. The owner was very strict, constantly contacting me to confirm how many people would stay and insisting that the sofa bed could not be used as a bed. She repeatedly asked for guests’ personal details and claimed she would be there during our holiday to check. Some drawers were already broken and the ventilation was also damaged, apparently fixed only temporarily. After checkout she said we had damaged the staff and would send us a bill once it was repaired, even though we had sent her a picture of the already broken drawer when we checked in. The caravan was not cleaned and the bedroom was messy; I will share photos. Overall, I was dissatisfied with this caravan.
