The Family Room at Alfred Place offers a spacious layout, excellent bed comfort, and a private bathroom with a bathtub. It features a flat-screen TV, garden view, free Wifi, and air conditioning, making it exceptionally comfortable for families.

The staff were friendly, but the stay was awful: stray cats and dogs roamed the property and the playground was dirty. The room walls were stained, a chair was chipped, and my child’s ankle got cut. Tea bags were left open, which felt unhygienic. The pipes didn’t work, cats wandered into the breakfast area, and I’m allergic to cats, so I wish we’d been warned. The toilet seat was filthy, and breakfast was mediocre.
The location is just 5 minutes from the city centre. The homestay offers a pool, breakfast, and generous, tourist‑friendly meals. The staff are very pleasant. I recommend it. The room isn’t very spacious, but it’s enough for a short stay.
