Central good location, breakfast tasty and abundant, mini‑market next door, very safe, staff very friendly and helpful, the family suite has plenty of space, clean. Food in the hotel restaurant on the 12th floor is great and in a nice atmosphere, room‑service catering also open to extra requests. Pool and sauna good, well‑maintained. Pool water temperature is nicely warm. The fitness area (not used during the stay) makes a good impression, modern equipment. The river is within walking distance. Leitungswasser wird wohl nicht gefiltert (manchmal braun.), Indoor-Raucherecke im Erdgeschoss ist in Größe eines Kleiderschrankes und hat keine Sitzgelegenheit, bisschen Ramponiert dort. Für Pavlodar ziemlich hochpreisig insgesamt.

Good hotel, clean, cozy, has a pool and gym. It would help to add soundproofing in the room; the constant hum of equipment—either the lift or the ventilation—keeps going.

Breakfast was fine, but the room on the 12th was very noisy after 10:00 p.m. and the internet was extremely slow. I was moved to another room that was quiet, but smaller, older, and the internet stopped working entirely in the evening.

Comfortable, clean, cozy room, tasty and hearty breakfast. The view from the window isn’t very pretty—mostly a trash bin. The building has a very small lift.
