My room was infested with cockroaches and the ac was not cooling the room at all. I had booked this place as part of a work trip and I was assured I would get an invoice and that no hard copy was available at check out. Despite following up with them through the site and speaking to OYO customer care, I still haven't received a proper invoice. I just get automated emails saying that I will receive my invoice in 2-3 days and it's now been almost two months!! It's ridiculous!

“My overall experience was not very good.”

The room was a bit small, and the sitting area and work table were too small for two people. The sitting area should have been a little bigger, and considering the value for money, the room should have been more spacious. I also requested a plate, but they provided a paper plate, which felt very cheap. Apart from these issues, everything else was fine. The room should be more spacious, with enough sitting space for two people. The room size should be increased, and proper seating arrangements should be provided. Good-quality plates should be available instead of paper plates. A proper working table is also necessary, where guests can sit, work, and eat, especially since there is no proper dining area. The room should be well-arranged and equipped with these basic facilities to ensure a comfortable stay and provide better value for money
