The hotel had solid facilities and the room offered a great view, everything worked well. The price felt a bit high for the season and for Montecatini.

I enjoyed the swimming pool; it was a nice spot to unwind, and the entrance, bar, and courtyard were great. However, the hotel had a hot‑water issue: we arrived with no hot water, it returned later, and again there was none the night before we left. The rooms felt a bit worn and the air conditioning needs an upgrade.

The location is ideal, right on the main square, and the hotel offers all the usual services, including a small pool and an indoor bar with a piano bar. The staff were courteous. The hotel is very pretty, but the rooms could use a refresh, especially because the carpet isn’t very hygienic.
