The location is super central and quiet, but the twin bed has two mattresses on a metal frame that slide and leave space between them; the canes and spoons left by the host were dirty, the bathroom wall was peeling, the shower head fixture was broken and leaked water. For 400 EUR over three nights, guests deserve at least these issues fixed.

Siiii. Immaculately clean, comfy, and super well‑located. Noise isolation was excellent. Federico kept us informed and helped with everything we asked. The only thing that could use a little more—maybe a couple of glasses and a wine opener, which are essential in Florence.
