Everything is fair enough and we sleep well. The alarm clock is not fixed, which I fixed; the corridor is full of 🛒, which looks a little messy.

I booked the hotel expecting parking, but there was none available, and I couldn't pay without a parking spot. The parking area feels crowded and the staff don't seem to care; I feel that if I pay for the room I should have a parking space.

I hope you can repair the external door lock because I've tried several times and it won't open. The external lock is broken and the water pressure is weak, not strong enough.

I wish you could improve the rooms; the keycard that opens the door is old and the rooms smell like cigarette smoke, which is not up to the standard of other hotels.
