We loved every bit of the experience! The suite was spotless, very clean and comfy. The staff were super polite and attentive, the jacuzzi was fantastic and the food was simply amazing. Kudos to the whole team for the excellent service!

The ambiance is nice, yet the wall color and the music volume—despite being at maximum—are too low.

I didn’t like anything about the place. The light switch and adjustment are hidden on the TV remote, and the air‑conditioning at the entrance is confusing for first‑time guests; I had to call reception for help.

Terrible—definitely not even a last‑minute option.

I had a great experience with the hotel staff, who were friendly and welcoming. However, the entertainment system was a bit of a letdown - the TV didn't work, and the air conditioning controls were confusing. Despite these issues, the hotel's overall ambiance was pleasant, and I enjoyed my stay.
