The apartment was great and the cleaning by ANDRÉIA was superb! The breakfast was well prepared, high‑quality, and always fresh. The café ladies were fantastic—they even lent a tray for my wife, who was about to have surgery. Reception was polite as well, and we stayed 11 nights. The only issue was that we couldn’t use the restaurant’s cutlery; a staff member even stopped the woman who had been given the cutlery (my wife had just had surgery) from taking it to the room, telling us it wasn’t allowed and taking us to reception to get plastic forks. That was unpleasant, untidy, and a terrible example of the hotel’s organization. They’ll lose customers with this behavior—zero stars!

The room was very old, the bathroom had moldy walls, the air conditioner was old and noisy.
