The staff were friendly, the breakfast tasty, and the location convenient, but the 4‑star rating felt inflated, the mattress had protruding springs, and the window in room 19 was only 160 cm high.
Very nice location on the Vistula cliff, view of the river and Tumskie Hill, only missing information about the history of the building and who the architect was – a famous architect. Very good breakfasts. Płock is very pretty but not promoted, still worth a visit and sightseeing.
The location was convenient, just a short walk from the amphitheatre where cultural events happen; the room and bathroom were tidy, breakfast was tasty and included basics, but the building’s condition and the price‑to‑quality ratio were disappointing; at its current standard the hotel needs a facelift to truly match a 4‑star rating.
The bed was very comfortable and the head pillows were good, but the curtains were difficult to close.
