The room was spacious with a queen‑size bed, but the aircon stayed warm even at 16°C, the sink faucet was loose and hard to turn on, and there weren't enough toiletries.

The location is good and the staff are friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness was poor and there were many maintenance problems.

For the price it was excellent; the manager arranged a scooter for 300 pesos for 24 hours, which we used the next morning to go to Paradise Café a few kilometers away for breakfast. The TV didn’t work, but I didn’t need to watch TV in Bantayan, so it wasn’t a problem.

The place was great, and there were no negatives.

The hotel sits close to the port, Sugar Beach, and Kota Beach, which I liked for its convenience. However, I expected a clean room with basic amenities like slippers, tea or coffee, or bottled water for the price I paid. The towels looked worn and old, and the TV didn’t work. I told the reception lady, but it wasn’t fixed before I checked out. The bathroom was uncleaned when I arrived, and the common kitchen’s hot water area was untidy. I had to remind staff about the TV and cleanliness issues. I hope they improve these areas so guests get their money’s worth. This review is not meant to criticize but to point out where improvements are needed.
