“Cómodo para 1 noche de paso.”
Located between Plaza de Armas and the San Pedro market, the room was quiet and seemed to have no neighbors. The wooden floor made a lot of noise, and for shared bathrooms the shower was on a different floor.
A solid spot for a night or two, close to everything with good value. The host is extremely kind and attentive, especially with breakfast and constant understanding. Even though it’s an old house, it’s comfortable and reliable. Wi‑Fi, showers, and help are available whenever needed. If you’re young, love traveling, and want a fair price for a place where you can work comfortably while enjoying Cusco, this works. The central location backfires with nighttime noise, plus local festivities add to the buzz. The wooden floor amplifies sounds, so when people head out at 3 am for excursions or return from parties, everyone can hear.
The staff were friendly and helpful. When we checked in at 4 a.m., our room wasn’t ready, so they offered us a different room to relax in until ours was ready around 9:30 a.m. The location is great, right in the center. The room was cold and very noisy – everything creaked and we could even hear neighbors coughing. Water pressure was weak, so the hot water would come and go in the shower, and there was no hot water at the sink. Cleaning was lacking. I gave a slightly higher rating only because the staff were truly delightful.
The location is good. The room had no windows or ventilation, and there was a lot of noise from other guests. The photos looked pretty, but the front was actually a typical restaurant and didn’t match the room.
“Hostel confortável”
The room is very cozy and warm for Cusco’s cold. Staff are very attentive and the location is great, close to everything in Cusco. Showering is a bit tricky because there’s nowhere to hang or store items; a hook would help a lot. One shower doesn’t heat well, but the others work fine.
