I couldn’t sleep because of the noise.

The staff were very helpful, yet they always tried to find excuses when I mentioned the shortcomings. Despite that, they attempted to offer better rooms, which they did. Unfortunately, there were still some issues that needed fixing. The rooms were worn out and had many broken, dangerous areas for children. In the bathroom the shower screen was missing, tiles were falling, furniture was broken and old. The doors wouldn’t close and the windows were leaky, so you could hear all the traffic. This was my second visit; the first time was great, but this time it was worse.

We liked everything. We stayed one night with kids, it was clean and comfortable. The fridge, washing machine, kettle, air‑conditioner (though only in the living room) were fine, and it wasn’t hot. The sofa had a slight cigarette scorch in the living room, but that’s the guests’ responsibility.
