The staff were lovely and very respectful, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The place was spotless, clean, and incredibly quiet. I only gave it 9 stars because the room was right next to the exit door, and we couldn't sleep for even 5 minutes because the door was so loud and slammed. Even when it didn’t slam, the metal door made a loud noise when people pushed it open, and it kept hitting the wall loudly. It was horrible. They should replace those doors or find a way to separate them. Other than that, it’s a very nice hotel 😊

Nothing at all…the TV didn’t work at all, couldn’t get the phone to work to call downstairs, and the place stank like mildew…I won’t be staying there again…this was the 2nd and last time…it keeps getting worse. My TV didn’t work, the phone didn’t work, and it smelt like mildew—it was nasty…don’t recommend this place at all unless it’s a have‑to…the smell was horrible.

“I would not recommend this place and will never be staying here again.”

Housekeeping is very friendly, but I got bit by a spider while sleeping (had to go to urgent care). The facility was not clean; the towels and bedding had stains, the shower/bath had mold, the microwave was broken, there were TV issues, the front desk was rude at times, and there were noise disturbances outside.
