All the hotel personnel were very warm and patient, especially thanks to our Chinese sister Dan Yang, whose help made us feel at home in a foreign country; the location was excellent, close to the train station, King Avenue, and bus stops, and the nearby restaurants were all very good—next time I’ll definitely consider staying here again.

The stay was great overall. The location was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was nice, and the breakfast was tasty. I felt comfortable throughout and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

We traveled by taxi and also Flixbus, if you use these or the train, the location is great. We solely came for little Tokyo. We liked the location for this a lot. I've asked ahead when booking if we could have the room earlier than the standard 3pm if available. I didn't get a response for that. I even have them a time of arrival. I thought, understandably, if it's booked the night before they can't kick the guest out early (check out is 11:00). On the morning of arriving I've called and asked again. Again I got the standard answer. Then I asked, could you maybe please check if the room is available? And only then she checked the availability and surprise it was available. When I arrived I was greeted again with "checking is at 3pm" and I repeated myself by saying I've asked about it before and I was confirmed to me. Then she said, uh yes, you can have it and only then for the first time they said: you'll be charged € 30.- for this. Mind you, I didn't check in before 11am. I was so fed up at this point and just paid to get to the room. I really didn't like the check in. Next day there was someone friendlier at reception

The staff were friendly and the location was nice. We had to change rooms three times in two days; the junior suite was incredibly dusty and the curtains didn’t close fully. We even checked out a day early. The hotel wrote that we would get the last night reimbursed, but they haven’t paid anything yet.

The location and breakfast were positives. I had asked for a king bed, but they gave us a single bed and we slept poorly because it kept moving.
