The room was spacious and spotless, and the free drinks and soft cream at the lobby were a real treat, along with the breakfast. Ms. Saito at the front desk explained the check‑in process warmly, making the two‑night stay memorable. The early check‑in fee of 2,000 yen should have been charged to the credit card beforehand to avoid confusion, but it was collected in cash when I checked in. Ms. Saito also explained the membership plan, which was very helpful.

２回目の宿泊でした。札幌から地下鉄南北線で乗り換えなく行け、2番出口から出ですぐホテル、また、すすきのまでもホテル前通りをまっすぐ徒歩で10分程で着き、とても立地が良いホテルです。朝ごはんも、大好きないくら、ホタテがあり他の北海道名物がたくさんあります。ソフトクリームサービスもあり、美味しいソフトクリームでした。紅葉？でかな、中島公園がライトアップされていて綺麗でした、屋台もたくさんありました。部屋は普通です。. チェックアウトが早朝だったため、前もってタクシー予約をお願いしていました。その方には快く予約していただきましたが、気になる事があり、再度尋ねたフロントの方の対応が残念でした。3泊の北海道旅行の最終日だったし、気に入って泊まっているホテルだったので、残念ではありました…。あと、使用する前のバスタオルに髪の毛がついていました。
