The location is great, but the office lady had an ugly attitude, there was no trash can in the room and no towels at all, noise from people walking outside in the parking lot and sideways, and it was expensive for a bad experience.

The stay was disappointing because a persistent smell of drugs lingered throughout the property and inside the room; there was no ironing facility in the room, and when I asked at the front desk, the receptionist—who looked like the owner, an Asian man from India—was polite but couldn't resolve it; the overall service fell short, and the building felt old and poorly maintained. The area had an unpleasant odor throughout the hotel, the duvet was old and noticeably bleached on top, no iron was provided in the room, and at reception I was told they do not offer one.

The rooms were great, no roaches, sockets by the bed, great lighting, friendly service, the Papa was very kind and respectful, the parking lot was well lit, and the room, linens and towels were clean.
