The location was good, but the service and facilities were very old and deteriorated; my room at least had damaged air conditioning and a faulty control, plus a leak in the bathroom that flooded the room—such a room should have been out of service.

“PÉSIMO SERVICIO E INSTALACIONES”

Nothing good; the facilities were terrible, the bathrooms smelled bad, cleaning was reluctant, staff treatment was very bad, rude, with no smiles for guests. The man who handled the luggage in lobby 1 was rude and left us waiting while he did other things. In the restaurant, the manager treated us poorly, and a staff member even kicked us out. This report was made at reception. We were told to have lunch at the Panamanian restaurant, but the service was just as bad; even to get sodas we had to wait over 20 minutes for them to arrive at our table. The lady who brought our drinks would hand them to another table, extending our wait; I stood up to ask her to serve them, and she said she was bringing them, so she sent me back to sit because she claimed she was bringing them, and in the end she only gave us one flavor instead of what we had ordered from the start. Gentlemen, if you do your job, do it well. We apologize that we visited these places; we didn't pay 100 dollars, which is a lot of money spent to enjoy with family, and yet we had rude people with a terrible attitude as if what they give is a gift or a favor. I do not recommend this hotel.

I never found anything good. The staff were rude; after finishing a meal the drinks never arrived and we had to beg for service, which felt like a clear lack of staff. Our checkout was at 2:30 p.m., but we approached a bar around 1 p.m. and, because we had no key card, they asked if we were leaving. We told them yes, and the bar staff told us to hurry because it was our departure time. The facilities were disappointing: we booked ten people in three rooms, yet there weren't enough towels or sheets and everything looked worn. One group member lost his key card, and the hotel said that if we didn’t pay for a new one we would have to vacate at 10 p.m. – the time we realized the card was missing. We managed to find all the cards, but they were not properly issued. There was no night show, and by 11 p.m. the bars were closed; all that remained was a nightclub with only ten tables for all the guests, which was too few and smelled awful. I would not recommend this place.

“Buen confort en habitación”

El alojamiento y el personal. Mucha espera en barra libre y llevaban todos vasos gigantes q atrasaba mas, nunca pudimos hacer reserva de cena a la carta y la hora d entrada te pidan 30€ por cada persona por entrar 1 hora antes. 10 años sin ir a Panamá y ha desmejorado mucho
