Iumara is a real gem in Cilento, still family owned after being an old farm, and the authentic, personal touch shows throughout the stay; the owner is a fantastic host, genuinely helpful and attentive, and the staff were amazing and really accommodating with everything we needed. The hotel has been freshly renovated, with a design that balances charm and comfort; nowadays it actually has two pools, which is great and gives ample space. The only downside is that the room doors are original wooden doors, which look beautiful and fit the aesthetic perfectly, but aren't very soundproof, so you can hear noise from the corridor or nearby rooms. Aside from that small detail, it was an amazing experience overall and I'd happily go back, earning a 10.0/10.
