They offer complimentary tea, coffee, snow, and popcorn, and there's a café inside the hotel with board games, perfect for keeping kids entertained. The curtain fell, and we were moved to a room that lacked a sofa, and the pillows were too high and uncomfortable.

The breakfast buffet was tasty and the food was good, and the bed was comfortable while the room was spacious, which was great. However, there was no internet service; we were near the front desk and the Wi‑Fi still didn't work, and the hot water stopped for two days.
