“Below expectations”
The spot was easy to reach, but the bathroom ceiling still had old leaks, stains, and mildew that left a nasty smell. The tile next to the light switch was cracked and one dresser drawer was broken. The shampoo dispenser was either broken or empty, and I had to restock it myself because no staff were around—though I’m not sure if that was expected. The soap dispenser leaked, and overall the room was just average, falling short of what the price promised.
