They sent me elsewhere because they claimed there were no rooms left, and I ended up staying in a house with a family—very disappointing.

The host refunded us when we said we wanted to leave. The hostel was hard to find, poorly signposted, and the phone number was unreachable. When we arrived, it took a while for someone to come out. The host walked us up to our private room. The hallway was filthy, full of trash and clutter, and the kitchen was also dirty. The room itself was not cleaned; there was a set of sheets and pillows, but they were covered in hair, and we had no blanket. When we asked the host, we were given a child’s blanket with stains that looked unwashed. The shared bathroom was again very dirty, with no toilet paper, a wet floor full of hair, and two broken windows. On the balcony next to the room, there was a mattress as if someone had slept there. We felt unsafe, so we approached the host and requested a refund, which we received. We then moved to another accommodation.

The property was filthy and smelly. On top of that, when we arrived they told us to go to a different place that was 20 min away. We had to find alternative accommodation

L’emplacement de cette auberge est bien pour visiter la ville. Un bon logement si les attentes ne sont pas trop élevés, avec un prix cohérent. Un hôte assez disponible. Il y avait la Clim dans la chambre. La porte ne fermait pas bien, il a fallut forcer un peu. Les lits étaient cassés. Le lieu n’est pas très propre et ne possède pas de cuisine
