“It was horrible I want some type of reimbursement for this”
No positives. I found bedbugs; when I requested a different room they gave me one without toilet paper, forcing me to buy supplies.
There are no smoke-free rooms available.
“It’s a cheap room, what you get is what you get”
You don’t always get what you pay for and it was less than expected. No worries
“Wrost of the worst”
I disliked everything about this place. I booked a king-size room, yet they gave me a full and even charged me more for my service animals; I only stayed because my family needed a place to rest that night. It was already late and we were exhausted. The customer service was terrible, the place was dirty, and the staff were disrespectful.
“Sleep In a Hazmat suit and bring a Large can of bug spray..”
Everything here contributed to probably one of the worst overall experiences I’ve had at a “budget” hotel in or near Fort Wayne, IN. The room, lobby, hallway, and almost every square inch were nasty and sticky. I’ve been camping a lot lately and am grateful for bug spray, but it barely deterred the cockroaches that clearly made the place their home. I didn’t feel safe enough to sleep even for a few hours without clothes on. I can’t fathom how the health department lets this place stay open. I’m desperate and broke, needing a place that isn’t an air mattress in my car, with a functioning toilet. This stay made me question my needs for a long time. If you must stay here, bring heavy clothing, pajamas, and a high-quality bug, roach, and tick spray; they’re most active at night. Good luck. Don’t ask for help—staff will make you regret waking them up from the backroom and will simply say, “come down in the morning and ask.” That’s all you’ll get.
