The room stayed chilly throughout the whole stay; even with the heating on, the temperature hovered around 18‑19 °C. The radiator barely warmed the space, the bed was uncomfortable, the mattress sagged, and the pillows were no better. Overall it felt like a low‑budget worker’s hotel. I’d only recommend it if weather isn’t a concern, but definitely not if you’re planning to stay with kids.

The service was decent and the restaurant had a superb kitchen. However, the palms disappeared.
