The apartment’s location and size were good, offering plenty of space and easy access, but it wasn’t well equipped for cooking despite a large kitchen, and the bed was uncomfortable; improving the bed, couch, and kitchen supplies like salt and pepper would make it a great stay.

This was the worst apartment rental I’ve ever had: upon arrival it was filthy, the bathroom had hair from previous guests, scum on the sink, and an unclean toilet; the kitchen was equally unhygienic with stains on the floor and inside the fridge; the bedroom still had the previous guests’ unmade bed and trash on the table and floor; after complaining, the hosts moved us to another unit late at night, which was just as bad—no bedsheets, towels, or kitchen cutlery; we spent two days asking for clean linens and towels, but the hosts ignored us and then forced us back to the first apartment, barely cleaned; the shower had been cleaned but still had long dark hairs, floor stains, and no cutlery; my husband had to set up the smart TV from scratch and buy batteries for the remote; this was the most stressful and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had on a platform like this, so avoid it at all costs.
