The friendly reception at arrival and at breakfast made us feel very comfortable and at home, and we would gladly come back again. The room was a bit small and the bed was small too, but otherwise it was very clean.
The staff were so lovely, the room and view were spectacular, and the location is perfect – I wish we could have stayed longer; the bed and pillows were uncomfortable for us (though everyone’s taste differs), we didn’t use the kitchen but it seems unrealistic to charge for kitchen facilities if you book the apartment.

We received a free upgrade to a lakeside‑view apartment; the furnishings were modern and of high quality (there was even a Dyson hair dryer); all staff were very accommodating and friendly; at breakfast the eggs were cooked to order, and the poached eggs were the highlight.
Everything was perfect, but the wellness pool had a naked bath and was tiny during the day; you should always wear a towel.
