We were expecting a lot more from this hotel, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to the photos. The receptionist was nice, but she didn't speak a word of English, which caused a lot of confusion when we tried to pay. We weren't told that we couldn't use our card or the app, and she was trying to add up the tax using Google translate. The room itself was fine, clean and all, but the air con wasn't working, so we had to use a fan instead.

The hotel's location is easy to find, but the service was a letdown. The female staff member seemed completely uninterested, and we had to deal with a few issues like no spare slippers and no hot water for a shower.
